Welcome to the flavorful world of Thai cuisine! My name is Care, and I have dedicated nearly a decade of my life to culinary arts, honing my skills in beautiful resorts across Phuket and Japan. My journey into cooking began in my childhood, where I spent countless hours in the kitchen alongside my beloved grandmother, mastering traditional Thai dishes that have been passed down through generations. Her wisdom and love for cooking inspired me to pursue my passion further at a Thai cooking school.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of teaching countless individuals from diverse backgrounds the secrets of authentic Thai cooking. We had a wonderful cooking experience with our Chef 🙂 she was even flexible about our start time because my friends and I were exhausted from the previous day’s festivities. Loved the recipes, and it was easy to follow her instructions. It was so cool to visit the market and she even got us iced beverages to help cool down from the Thailand heat (the “feels like” temp was almost 110 F / 43 C during our entire trip). Totally recommend this experience, especially if you are traveling with a couple of friends.
Great cooking courseCare was the best host and teacher you’d want. The market tour was swift and informative. The recipes were easy to follow and her demonstrations were perfect to understand. The food was delicious and I’d thoroughly recommend anyone attending this class As there were only two of in the class we received personal attention.
The best of cooking Classes. The two of us had a great time cooking 4 authentic Thai dishes with a great host and teacher. All recipes were supplied to us later and we now look forward to using the techniques we were taught on the day. The market tour was terrific as we moved around the aisles of a large, but accessible fresh food market. All questions were answered in Care’s polite and understanding way. I’d recommend this class to anyone who is interested in food.

What a fabulous experience! Care is just gorgeous. Delicious, authentic recipes. We are excited to test the recipes out at home, with some new product and handy tips. The market experience was fresh and we tried local fruit. Clean facilities and friendly vibe. We left with full bellies and wonderful memories.
I spent the morning with Chef Care and we went to the local market to get some ingredients. Chefs knowledge of produce was amazing and so educational. Back in the kitchen Chef took me step by step through each recipe and prep. The end result was the best Thai food I have ever had. Small classes make sure you get attention and can ask questions as you learn. And you get to eat what you make! If you’re looking for an amazing Thai cooking experience in Patong, you can’t go past Thai Cooking Studio.
We had the most amazing time and one of the best food during our cooking class with Care!! She started by giving us a tour to the local food market, explaining the ingredients individually, and then drove to her private cooking studio. The class was very well organized and very fun!!! It was one of the best experience we had during our stay in Phuket!!! Would definitely recommend Care !!! Thank you so much!!!!!
Extremely enjoyable experience. First, an interesting visit to the local market to pick-up ingredients and to taste fruit/sweets not usually available back home: I loved the mangostine. Later, in Care’s capable hands, we were shown each step of preparing and then cooking our own Tom Yum, Massaman curry, Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice. The group size is small (max four) so Care ensures you produce perfect Thai cuisine (even with red chili toned down).
The recipes where straight forward, and the food very tasty. I recommend the experience to everyone who is interested in learning, cooking, and eating.
