Thai massage 90 minutes for 600 baht was just perfect. Great professional service and just the right pressure to deal with tighter muscles. Going back again tomorrow highly recommend to visitors to Nana area. Go before six for best chance of massage without waiting too long. They open at 11 am.
I’ve been a customer for about 12 years. I have long visits to Bangkok, usually several months in length, and Bai Po massage is a daily ritual. At 72, I have more than my fair share of physical issues and my trip to Bangkok is almost a pilgrimage for my health.When doing a massage I always have extended durations of four hours in length. A Traditional Thai Massage over 4 hours is transformational – joints, muscles and circulation are switched on with amazing results. Learning to meditate, focused breathing with each movement, puts the mind in a state of bliss as well as mitigates some pain that comes with stretching your limits. This is a twice a week routine.A 4 hour thai oil massage is the grand champion for relaxation. This is my remedy for jet lag and is very helpful for many of my physical challenges. The is not a Swedish rubdown, rather a very therapeutic massage by a highly trained therapist that understand anatomy at the finest detailed level. I do this 4 days a week.The Thai Herbal Ball massage (2 hours) combined with an oil massage (2 hours) all preceded by a 30 minute herbal steam is pure heaven. The herbal ball is a physically challenging massage to perform because it requires significant work by the therapist. I do this once a week.The final routine treatment is a 30 minute steam followed by a full body scrub (1 hour) and an oil massage 3 hours) leaves you as limp as a rice noodle. Your skin is baby soft and every muscle is on holiday.On some occasions I drop in during the mornings and have a foot massage (2 hours). This is a great way to start the day. I’m relaxed for the entire day and my severely arthritic feet feel absolutely amazing – a rare treat.With all of this it is important to note that the therapists are all trained at Wat Po Traditional School of Medicine and go through rigorous training in the shop before they touch a customer. They are all good and masters at their craft. I’d suggest asking the owner who is often standing by for a therapist recommendation for your specific needs. He knows the capability and skill level of every therapist in he shop.Bottomline – go to Bai Po and have a massage. If budget permits make your massage at least 2 hours. Longer durations allow the therapist to take their time and truly address your needs. Great owner…great therapists…an outstanding shop
Strong team. Massage common in Bangkok. Deep and strong is not. Must be one of the best in Thailand. The 1h foot massage goes far beyond this.
Beware of your credit card information, do not lost eye sight and keep an eyes on your card all the time! This place steal your card information. I just got my new card and went direct to massage store. The same night i got notifications that someone tried to use my card for an online shopping at 2 in the morning. I would not notice at all if this wasn’t a new card and only place I use this card is Bai po massage.
Admittedly this was my first proper massage ever.. but the experience was worth the wait.. it felt like I was remembering after years that there was life in my legs.First time hype aside as well.. the place is very neat and professional. Strongly recommended
We come to Thailand every year. We have had massages many times in Bangkok and I would have to rate this one in the top 2%. I got the 90 full body Thai massage. Pressure and strength were excellent. Staff are all friendly and establishment is clean and professional. We are going back today. Highly recommend.

I was sorry to see that Bua Thip, which I’ve used for years and years has now gone from Bangkok’s Sukhumvit – however a bit of googling found Bai Pho and it was a good find indeed. The ladies are great and at about £10 an hour the Thai full body massage is lovely – they really ‘go for it’ and know their stuff. It was part of my daily ritual and I can’t wait for my next fix (probably in November).
Extra strong one hour Thai massage for 550 bhat. Had a male masseuse who was very professional and certainly new what he was doing. Most certainly was extra strong but did periodically ask if I was okay with the pressure. As mentioned in other posts, shared room, pyjamas provided, relaxing space and very good massage. Highly recommended.
I went here because I googled a bit and came as very good one for the area where my hotel was located (in the old city centre).I have to say, this was a real Thai massage!!! I suffer of pain in my upper part of the back/neck plus back of my shoulders. The lady put intensity in the job, it was painful but at the same time she fixed plenty of issues I had there.I am making a note of this massage, so I can come back in future.Do I recommend it? 100%!
