I left my dress to this Rahul Fashion Tailor to shorten the length and to adjust the sleeves. They were 1day late, which meant that they needed to leave the dress to our hotel just before our departure and I didn’t have any chance to try it. I trusted them and paid what they asked. Later when I tried the dress, they had shorten the upper part of the dress and tighten the whole dress, meaning that I couldn’t even take it on. They dress bought in Spain for 200 Euro was destroyed. They had made changes in the dress that was not even discussed. Before they started I visited their store and tried the dress on. The man in the store made the measurements and add in needles to mark where to adjust. I contacted Rahul directly and asked for the money back that I had paid them (1500 bath) and compensation for the destroyed dress. Now 2 days later no response from Rahul. We have moved 20 min from Karon and Rahul has received information where we are, to be able to pay pack. This tailor can not do the job, they are not keeping timeline and they do not take the responsibility for the mistakes and pay back the money. Don’t go there, choose another tailor!
I had two dresses made from others that I had bought from home. Unable to re purchase these favourites, Rahul was able to make others using my original dress designs. Fabric selections were beautiful, and I am very happy with the workmanship. A fair price. Very happy!
We received a very warm welcome. We had a suit made for a wedding and the advice was very good. He is super friendly and competent. There was a large selection of fabrics, which were also of very good quality. Our wishes were taken into account and our expectations were exceeded. The price was completely reasonable. After choosing the fabric and color, the measurements were taken. Then there was an appointment to try on the trousers and shirt. A little later, the measurements for the jacket were taken. On the second to last day of our vacation, the suit was ready on time. Everything fit, we can only recommend it!
My wife and I visited Rahul on our recent trip to Thailand. So friendly, very professional, fair pricing and great quality. We originally only ordered a small number of garments but as we tried on the clothes, saw the quality and how quick Rahul could have them made we ordered more and more. In the end Rahul made a suit, a blazer and many shirts for me plus 3 dresses for my wife and also a beautiful camel wool winter coat for her. Great service and great to get to know you Rahul. I needed a suit for my graduation so I went to Rahul to make one. I was afraid about the timeline cause I had to leave Phuket in 1 week, but they were very fast and could make a jacket, trousers and shirt in few days. When it was finished, I also asked for some adjustments and they could make it without any problems. The final outcome was perfect and the quality is very high compared to the price.
