They pick you up at the airport (or where you order) and they drop you off to your destination within the expected time limits. Drivers are polite, they are happy to advise you and they drive carefully (enough important to be clarified).
I booked and paid from Australia for these guys to transfer me from Phuket Khao Lak, with no specific recommendation, only reviews. I was apprehensive. Unwarranted stress as all worked to plan. The airport pickup was a bit chaotic as is typical for everything Thailand. Immigration and customs was delayed, and before exiting the building you are presented with a sea of pick up cards and faces, as well as touts. The pick up is outside the building and I found my name on a small board on a fence along the side; I was worried for a while! I was escorted inside a barrier area, my driver was called and arrived, and we went as per plan on a solo trip to Khao Lak. I was tired and unwittingly left my travel phone in the car and when called, the driver happily returned it with an embrace … boy, was I relieved! The return trip was equally easy, except the driver was a bit of a lead foot and was speeding unnecessarily the entire distance, like 110 in a 60 zone. While a bit reckless, we arrived OK and with heaps of time to spare. Price was a bit high, but not unacceptable. Cheaper options are available, but involve a lot more stress and hassle. I would recommend Chill Transfers as a simple, stress free option if the price is not an issue.

This company is still up and running despite the lack of foreign visitors. We are based in Bangkok and have been using Chill Transfer for a few years now during trips to Khao Lak and Phuket. Great taxi service. Their driver, Mr. Off, very nice, smiling and caring. He wrote us a message before our flight and then we stayed in touch. We were 45min delayed, he waited for us, gave us water and safely took us to our resort in very comfortable van. We thank you:-)

We booked a transfer from the Bang Rong Pier to Kao Sok. The ferry was a little late, but the driver was waiting for us and assured us not to rush. She was super nice and drove very smooth and cautious. The car was clean and large. Water bottles provided. Excellent service. And above all, my daughter forgot her iPad in the car and she came back to the hotel to return it. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
