Beautiful experience, good and very friendly Team that took the best care of us, much water and food, took Videos and photos for us, absolutely recommended
Tony brings the energy – our day wouldn’t have been as amazing if it wasn’t for him and his team. They were friendly, knowledgeable and provided consistent foods and drinks. The only improvement would be that they limit the amount of people to the boat as it was too fully packed at 40 people for a full day. We had an excellent day, would recommend and would book again!
Amazing day out to ang thong national park! Tony and crew were very organised and looked after us so well. Only 17 people on our tour as low season, the boat can usually fit 40 so very comfortable with more room. Driver Tang was awesome and smooth ride the whole way. Stops for swimming and snorkeling and hiking tony was excellent and helped with kayaking also! First hike is manageable, second very tough all the way to level 6. Great local lunch and fruit after the big hike lots and lots of ice cold water also. Crew was fantastic. Do not miss this trip! Excellent day out!
Infected dangerous mosquitos!!!!!I got bites and it very much pain 20 sm of my leg. and infected area was grow every day very much. I tried put something on it and after 10 days it reverse, but still very big.
We booked a tour of the Ang Thong national marine park and were picked up at our hotel in Mae Nam in the morning. We were lucky to get the seats in the front of the boat, and got a marvelous view of the open sea and the islands as we approached them. The snorkeling stop was quite quick, but we arrived before the other boats, and that was nice. The second stop was at Koh Wua Ta Lap at the visitors center, or at Moana’s village, as my daughter calls it! 🥰Here you can eat, buy souvenirs, use the sanitary facilities, shower, hike and even camp in tents if you want to stay overnight! (I recommend doing so when not on a day trip like this 😅)There are supposedly monkeys here as well, but we didn’t see any. If you want to stay at the beach for the two hours duration of the stop, there are some beach chairs that you can use for 50 baht. And the water is lovely and clean in this bay! The third stop was at “Emerald Lake” (Koh Mae Ko). The hike up to the viewpoint is steep, and I wish we had hiking shoes in our bags for this one. 😅 Wet slippers are not the best option. I got the leg exercise of the year in those stairs, though! There are sanitary facilities by the beach/pier here too, but swimming is not allowed or recommended as it’s very shallow. Fourth stop was for a late lunch at Phalauy in the south of the archipelago. The food at the buffet was very good, and the small fishing village seems very nice. The last stop before going back to Samui was at a small beach on the northern coast of the island, where we relaxed by the beach while the crew prepared fruit for all the guests. Note also that they provide drinking water for the whole day! All in all a wonderful trip that will make up some of the best memories of our vacation!
Trip was fabulous: we did snorkelling, kayaking, hiking and swimming at different islands within the park. Amazing views and beaches; the staff was very professional and gave us many explanations throughout the trip. The food was really good!
Excellent boattrip. The guys were very friendly and serviceminded – told a lot of stories about the different places, served water and fruit through the hole day.Big recommendation from Denmark!
We did the day trip to Ang Thong – absolutely the highlight of our time in Ko Samui. The boat ride itself was great fun but the multiple stops through the National park were fantastic. The day starting with snorkelling with fish over a coral reef, a hike up to the main viewpoint – hard work but worth the effort, a bit of time watching monkeys play, kayaking in the Gulf of Thailand before a blast across the bay to Emerald lake (a small climb) then lunch at a beautiful restaurant managed by the small local community. Capped off by an hour or so on a deserted beach with some fruit before the blast back across the gulf and home. Our crew on Boat 4 – led by “Paul?” were a well honed team and very helpful and knowledgeable. They seemed to be one step ahead of the other boats doing similar tours and finding quieter spots for us to land or timing our landings in such a way as to make it feel like we had the places to ourselves. Free water all day long was an added benefit.
Magnificent experience! The tour from Koh Samui to Koh Tao and Koh Nangyuan was organized and managed in the best possible way. The guide was excellent and the guys who drove the boat were very good. Snorkeling in the middle of the sea and on the shore allowed us to see fish and corals in a water of wonderful colors. An experience not to be missed for those in the area.
It was a wonderful experience. The crew accompanied us to discover fantastic places. We snorkeled in the coral reef of Koh Wao in the Angthong Marine Park, climbed to the highest point of Wua Ta Lub and visited emerald lake inside the island of Mae Koh, had lunch in the island of the sea gypsies with the typical dishes of the place and many other activities. Recommended tour for those who want to see the islands from another perspective.
