Joy runs an awesome operation. Her crew is very attentive and had great situational awareness in the water. The dive sites had a ton of biodiversity and we saw lots of micro wildlife. The food and living quarters were excellent. I would gladly return and will to recommending their services to fellow divers.
Why dive with anyone or anywhere else? Richelieu is one of the best dives on the planet. Mother Nature gives the site. Joy, and her family, give us m/v Dolphin Queen. Seriously, I haven’t experienced authentic hospitality better anywhere. These folks love what they do and it radiates. We saw whale, octopus, turtle, cuddle fish, ray, (the unseen but there whale shark 😜), pipe fish, nudibranch, hopefully you have a nudibranch nerd among your crew because they’re beautiful, tons of eels and coral and fish. Louis was my favorite but they are all skilled and welcoming. The crew members are equally skilled and gracious. Octopus and turtles are my number 1 &2 any trip but the cooks on this boat make me consider rearranging the rank. They create art that we ate in a 2 x 4 kitchen while the boat was rocking. Made me wonder why my granny couldn’t cook like that. My photos are weak so check out others. Cheers

I went on the 5 day/5 night tour in the Dolphin Queen and I had the most incredible diving experience where you felt like being part of a family. The leader and owner of the company is a young local girl called “Joy”, who is the sweetest and most inspiring person who I was lucky enough to have with me on the boat. Everything worked perfectly, the boat was nice and clean, then rooms were well kept and nice to sleep in, even in the 4 bedroom cabins where I was sleeping. The general staff on the boat are also super friendly and always helpful with everything. And the food was great, every meal was super tasty and nice which resulted in multiple clapping sessions for the chef when she occasionally came up to the deck. The actual diving experience was amazing too, and we got blessed with special encounters on almost every single dive, whether it was a huge marble ray, tiny sea horses, octopuses, sharks and plenty of more. With the obvious highlight being blessed with an amazing whale shark at Richelieu Rock on our very last dive of the trip! Can not recommend it enough to go on this trip.

This early 5 day diving trip surpassed my expectations massively. The crew was as usual outstanding in knowledge and service. Delicious food; comfortable accommodation; great knowledge of the dive sites; enjoyable excursions to some beaches; and great fun and good vibes. The dives were outstanding as well with once a big school of large Barracudas and a gang of Giant Jacks; Longnose Emperors; and Rainbow Runners. I’ll be back don’t know when but I’ll be back.
Me and eight of my friends had a blast. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. If I could rate them 11 out of 10, I would…especially, Joy, is a very good instructor. I learned so much from her. I would strongly suggest to book a tour with them.

My absolute favourite and this was one of my very best dives ever.Also worth mentioning is the atmosphere on board. Even during downtime, there was a genuine sense of camaraderie and fun. Between the breathtaking dives, the great company, and the attentive crew, it felt like a perfect escape.Overall, the Dolphin Queen liveaboard offers an intimate and memorable experience.
