The booking experience was easy, with an immediate response and confirmation with full information as to where we could find our car and driver at the airport.Whilst the trip to Koh Lanta was quite a long one (2 hours, including a ferry crossing to the island of Koh Lanta), the trip went off fine without a hitch. The car was modern and comfortable and the driver very pleasant. We arrived at our hotel at the indicated time, and the driver helped us with our bags.The return trip a week later also went according to plan, however the driver could speak very little English, so he used a phone-based app to communicate, which is fine.To conclude, Krabi Shuttle is well organized, reliable, efficient and very reasonably priced.Thank You KS
Krabi Shuttle just picked us up from Krabi airport and dropped us off at pur hotel. I was contacted the day before by watsap to confirm the pick up details and th driver was waiting in arrivals for us.Nice and easy!Would recomend 🙂
Amazing transfer service. We used their transfers from Surat Thani to Ao Nag then from Ao Nang to Koh Lanta and again from Krabi Town to Krabi Airport and each time they were courteous, timeous and very professional. The only shuttle service I trust in Krabi.
I’ve booked the airport shuttle service online from airport to hotel at first. Easy booking, good value for money, professional drivers and they hold your name and waited outside the arrival hall to take you to the car. I was satisfied with the service and decided to book online again for the return shuttle from hotel to airport. Will definitely use Krabi Shuttle again when I’m back in Krabi.

I used the Krabi Shuttle service to transfer from Krabi Airport to the Resort I was staying at on Koh Lanta Ferry inclusive return trip. The service was fantastic everything went as discussed prior to trip. Also the questions I had prior were answered promptly in both English and Thai. Would recommend this service I thought great value for money and will be recommending to friends and family.
Our flight was delayed about one hour and I didn’t think I would get through to the company so late but they answered right away to assure me that it wasn’t a problem and they keep an eye on the flight details so were aware of the delay. The journey to Ao Nang from Krabi airport was very comfortable and we reached our destination in no time at all. Would thoroughly recommend!
We had a very positive experience with Krabi Shuttle. We booked to travel from Phuket Airport via Phuket Old Town to Nopparat Thara Pier near Krabi. The return journey was an early morning trip from Nopparat Thar Pier to Phuket Airport. Our initial inquiry was responded to promptly in excellent English. Arrangements were confirmed again by email on the day before we travelled. There was clear and accurate information about the time the trips would take and the cost. The drivers were easy to locate when we arrived at the departure point on both occasions. Both drivers were courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to book with this company again.
