We had the best time doing this thai cooking class at SALA Samui with Chef Sureerat. We chose three dishes to prepare, cook and eat – papaya salad, tom yam soup and pad grapow. We learnt so much and were amazed that we were able to cook such delicious food. At the end we were given our aprons as a gift as well as a peeler and certificate. Great experience!
This cooking class is fun and informative. It will be held at 1 p.m. every day, and you can learn by choosing three menus. If you’re interested in cooking, I highly recommend it.
This cooking class was so much fun! It was at a beautiful location overlooking the beach, and all the ingredients were fresh and grouped together for each disk. Chi was a wonderful head chef and very friendly. We could ask her any questions we had, and learned so much more about Thai cooking during the class. We’ll definitely be making the Penang curry, Massaman curry and Larb again in the future – they tasted exactly like you would find at a high-end Thai restaurant!

We took a cooking class with chef K. Dta !!! She is the consummate professional and helped us to narrow down flavor profiles for every dish she taught. The ingredients were top shelf and the educational delivery method was excellent. All of our dishes came out on point. The funniest part was that we made our dishes hotter than she likes but I was really trying not to get made fun of and it backfired! It was really hot but well worth the pain!
We had an amazing cooking class with Mod. She took us through step by step 3 different dishes of our choosing. She clearly explained each stage and we then had the delights of eating the food afterwards! Nice touch keeping the aprons after too! Highly recommend this experience . It really opened our eyes where we have been going wrong with our Thai cooking previously. Thanks Mod!
