My partner and I had Toy and Noi.Both did an excellent job, really enjoyed the tea before and after as well as the cake. Reception staff very nice and helpful when booking.Toy and Noi did a great job, we did a Thai traditional and feel very relaxed and refreshed afterwards.Highly recommend, especially those staying in the hotel, very convenient ?

I went to In balance slant novotel for hair treatment and met Joy who provided the best service including hair spa, relaxing facial and shoulder massage. She is really polite and gives the best relaxing experiences. My hairs and face feels really soft and refreshing. The abmbiance was amazing. Would love to visit again.
