I have been using joe’s taxi for years now when travellin to thailand. When i contact Joe to arrange a taxi to pattaya from the airport, he always answers straight back. Joe’s taxi are ALWAYS there waiting for you at the airport, Joe will send you confirmation of your booking with all details and clear instructions on where to go when you come through arrivals. ( which is very reassuring ) Joe’s has many options of vehicles to choose from, small saloon upto SUV, all of which are, im sure brand new, spotlessly clean, tidy and air conditioned. ( if you’ve travelled by taxi from the airport im sure you will know about the condition of most of the cabs, noisy, messy, and air con is hit and miss )Joe’s drivers are always well presented, never in a rush to hurry you up or in a rush to get you dropped off, every driver i’ve had has been great. I probably use Joe’s taxi 6 / 8 times each trip, i always head to pattaya first, then i head up north to visit friends and then finish up my holiday with a final trip to pattaya. I honestly dont even consider getting a standard taxi from airport. If you want to be sure that you have a ride waiting for you when you arrive at the airport then Joe’s is the way to go. Joe come to our rescue when we had to leave on the spur of the moment to catch a flight due to a family energency. Joe had a driver at our hotel within the hour after i called him. Driver was courteous and the Van was spacious and clean. Joes Taxi will be my choice on all future trips to Pattaya.

I booked a return trip from Suvarnabhumi airport to Pattaya, the service was amazing! I contacted Joe via WhatsApp to make sure my booking was correct, I changed my departing pick-up so many times which was totally no problem. The pick up points and drop off points are easy & smooth, a lovely smile and sign will await you as you arrive! , all prices included fuel, toll, and also the drivers fee (tipping of driver is separate) both our drivers were super lovely, really fantastic drivers, I felt very safe (even though I’m a backseat driver) booked SUV car which was super comfy for 3 passengers & luggage. Don’t waste your time with expensive yellow taxis … book with Joe! Our flight arrived in Bangkok around 01:00 so we were very keen to make sure our taxi was there to take us to Pattaya. No problem at all. Joe is excellent in communication, both when we were booking the taxis and also reconfirming the day before travel. We also booked taxis to take us down to Rayong and back, plus back to the airport when we left Thailand. We booked luxury cars for all the transfers and a couple of the vehicles weren’t exactly luxurious. But they all turned up very promptly for each journey and transported us safely, at a very reasonable price.Would definitely highly recommend and will definitely use them again next time we go to Thailand.

We highly recommend Joe! We traveled from the U.S., and our flight to Bangkok took 25 hours, but it was nice not to worry about how to get to our hotel because of Joe’s reliable service. Our ride to Pattaya was ready and waiting for us at the airport without any delays. We also booked our return ride to Bangkok, and the driver picked us up from our hotel promptly. The cars were in excellent condition and impeccably clean. The prices were also the best we found after researching at least 4 other options.
Have previously used Joe Taxi for travel to the airport and to Pattaya. This time used the service for travel down to Hua Hin and then a few days later back to BKK airport. The service is really well organised with drivers being punctual and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this service as a reliable, convenient and comfortable transportation service in Thailand.

We used Joe for a round trip from BKK airport to Ban Phe pier . Reservation confirmation was received in 15 mn despite sending request after 10 PM . At the arrival in airport , everything went smoothless , as the trip . On the way back , driver arrived on the pier 5 mn before planned rendez vous and provided a safe trip back to airport .Highly recommended

Very Disappointing ExperiencesThis company advertises with low rates and when you book requests a festival increase of 30%!!!Apparently their Xmas season starts on December 10 already.Other taxi companies did not charge any festival fees, so recommend to look further!When mentioning to change their website to reflect they charge extras for festivals and likely any other excuse….they were rude and mentioned I am not a programmer.
