  1. Not to be confused with Sao Din Na Noi Kok Sua which I see a few pics of here because the entrances to both are only 100 meters apart. A strange natural phenomenon which has created a sight worth looking at and quite a large area to walk around however I arrived early afternoon and it was just too hot to walk around in the open but I would like to try it early morning as it is worth looking at in its entirety. 20 Baht entry fee and you could spend hours here looking at the weird shapes the wind and rain have created of the earth, I read some articles which say the area was at one time underwater. The best translation I can come up with is “Earth Pillars” which seems very apt. Definitely worth a visit.

  2. sao din na noi is astonishing and worth the trip. hard to find but at the end a wonderful national parc near doi samer dao. the sand stoned is formed from wind and water to amazing forms. it tells the history of the power of the nature… dont leave northern thailand without a visit of sao din na noi👍🏾

  3. This look like the grandcanyon of Nan. You can take a nice photo here with your friend. There are some problems : 1.the entrance is not well constructed ,many people misunderstood that this is not the coming attraction for tourist. 2.The weather here is not friendly, its really hot and sunray is strong. But if you come here in winter ,I think it is the good choice

  4. Some people might say it’s not worth the entrance fee, but it’s 100Bath, and that covers all the other national parks in the area, so you might as well visit this one also. It’s just a small walk around a scenery that i would expect inside a cave.

  5. Those who have come to visit the national park should set aside a couple of hours to visit this tribute to the power of wind and water. It is an eerie landscape, which has yielded Neolithic stone axes and tools. There are plenty of trails to follow, and weird rock formations that bring to mind the national parks in southern Utah. It is about 10 kilometers outside of Na Noi, so if you are not travelling with a van and driver, you should arrange ongoing transport in advance.

  6. Strongly recommend to visit. But be aware not to go after the rain you cannot walk. The place is quite big. Very beautiful indeed

  7. Stunning nature features of eroded stone pillars set in a national park. Park ticket is valud for five days so if you already paid for Doi Samer Dao park you can get in on the same ticket

  8. Large sandy pit full of the most extreme and impressive formations formed by weathering. Quite a flog to get here but we’ll worth it.
