Während der Fahrt von Bangkok nach Chainat auf dem Highway 32 ist der große, sitzende Mönch nicht zu übersehen. Hier lohnt sich ein kurzer Abstecher bzw. eine kurze Pause während der Fahrt, um die lokale Attraktion zu besichtigen. Gesäumt von vielen kleinen Ständen geht der Weg Richtung Tempel über die Brücke eines größeren Sees. Man kann seine Geschickleichkeit beim Wünschen beweisen, indem man versucht eine Münze in ein Karussel mit darauf abgestellten Schalen zu werfen.Es geht weiter zum Tempel und dahinter ergebt sich die Statue des sitzenden Mönchs mit einer geschätzten Höhe von ca. 20m.
