  1. Many local Thai food but the taste are just average. In term of price wise all has increase and mostly all the single portion. Price range between 180 – 250 baht. As of the night market, range of goods avaible but the seller are not that friendly. Perhaps if you do not nego, they will entertain you with smiling face.

  2. Agree with prior reviews – prices inflated for tourists, sellers very unfriendly and we saw an abundance of rats at the back near the portable toilets! Certain there are plenty of other better night markets around…. Try Art Box near soi 8 (Terminal 21 area) – very relaxed atmosphere with live music. Good for nibbles & drinks

  3. Cool place to check out, but we didn’t think it was spectacular. We did have some good Thai omelettes. We were a little disappointed in the lack of food options despite how large it looks. Much of the grounds are taken up by just a few establishments. The plus is there is plenty of seating.

  4. We were overcharged … A 20% discount was also said to be given before we order… we have to query twice for the 20% discount…

  5. Strolled to Neon, braving the busy intersection, after visiting the nearby Platinum Mall and Pratuman NMEasy to shop Not that crowdedA few unique stalls that sells unconventional stuff apart from the usual night market goods

  6. It’s near city centre and it has all the typical stalls of a night market. It’s less attractive than the rachatda night market although it’s cleaner, spacious walking and less crowded.

  7. This night market is more “strollable” than the nearby Palladium Mall and market. There were lines of stalls with tees, clothings and all kinds of accessories. Part of the market is open air restaurants serving mainly barbecue seafood.

  8. Basic night market, some shops are different compared to the usual around. Found one shop that did denim shorts for 80 baht, nowhere to try on though. Bars at the end of the rows and Lita of typical street food stalls. I found one that wasn’t too snappy at me and had a wonderful meal and didn’t get sick either. Would go again if I’m ever back in Bangkok.

  9. Neon is a nice, laid-back night market that is family friendly. Unfortunately they took out the kid’s play area near the front, but no problem, our little guy did just fine without it.There are several food venues, one in particular has very good pork leg stew that was nice balance of savory, a bit of sweet, and spice. On the menu it is called ข้าวขาหมู. There wasn’t any English on the menu. But no worry, you can point at the photo and the wait staff knows enough English to figure it out. We had a huge portion that 3 of us (1 was a 6 year old kid) couldn’t finish. We had them bag it up and we picked it up for home leftovers just before jumping into a cab home. After dinner, we found a few bars toward the back that had seating on top of what were shipping containers. I thought this was unique and called it a baby sky bar. We had a few beers/cocktails and then walked around a bit. There are several other small shops/kiosks that sell inexpensive trinkets, the place is definitely NOT a touristy ripoff spot. Maybe it’s because my fam speaks Thai, I don’t know. Neon is worth at least a walk-through if not more. Talad Neon is a pleasant place to spend a few hours eating, drinking and browsing/shopping. Very unpretentious, which is why I give 5 stars.
