E’ un progetto di agri-turismo, con progetti sperimentali di agricoltura e di coltivazione di ortaggi e frutti “esotici” per la zona. Questo sito era molto attivo fino a qualche anno fa, quando queste suddette coltivazioni “esotiche” erano ancora in via sperimentale (si cercava un’alternativa alla coltivazioni di papaveri da oppio per la Thailandia del nord). Oggi, vi è principalmente un progetto di coltivazione di fiori, compresa l’orchidea “Bauhinia variegata”, il fiore simbolo della provincia di Nan.
