  1. Again this attraction does not require a separate listing. It is part of the Banh Pa-in grounds and estates. Part of the same ticket, so to say! However, the European part of the grounds will best describe this structure.

  2. This favourite residence of King Rama V (Chulalongkorn) you can not visit. There is (soldier) guards around this building as on the whole palace grounds.

  3. These are European style buildings you can only see from the outside, there are guards keeping you away. They are set on the grounds with nice lawns next to waterways. Not really too exciting but nice to walk by and it is central to the grounds.

  4. This is one of the towers on the grounds of the Palace…. it awesome to view in person… pictures just don’t do this justice… again, there are many building and monuments at this location

  5. One of a few buildings inside the Bang Pa-in complex. European type building ok if you have lots of time but way better options inside the complex

  6. This is another building within the complex, though one built in more recent years – the previous building was burned down in 1938 during building work!It appears that it can only be viewed from the exterior, though is fairly impressive if a little “bling” – the sort of place which would appeal to an overpaid soccer player!

  7. As my photo of the complex map illustrates, you have many choices of things to see, and your tour may have a time limit. choose what y]=really interests you and just walk past the rest.

  8. Apparently the first , built in 1877 was the king’s favorite . It was built of wood and in a style a 2 storey Swiss chalet. It burnt down accidentally and it was rebuilt as per the request of the Queen . The water tank , a neo gothic tower still exist. This whole area is visited part of our visit to the Palace.
