This is a good day out but thers quite a bit of walking also the rocks are quite slippery in the water so where sensible shoes trainers you dont mind getting wet is ideal, you can swim in the water its clean and mainly fairly shallow quite fast flowing but there are some deep areas so good to keep a watchful eye if you go with kids as we did, all in all a good day out, i would recommend taking a mat to sit on and your own food and drinks
Slippery rocks so we all had our fall in the water lol. Water not deep, and cooler than other bodies of water around. At one point we sat on an edge of rock and just had our feet in the water, where the little fishies pecked at the skin of our feet. It was pretty cool considering the are places around where you pay to have that done!
its not a long walk into the falls. Good for families though take a mat for sitting on. You can hire them before you get there at the side stalls. Take water and a picnic lunch. The river is fast flowing, good for sitting in to cool down and there are some small holes you can sit in. The falls are on a side track. Only negative is harmless mangy dogs that wander and steal food if given half a chance. Don’t feed them and add to the problem.
A short walk from the parking area takes you to the river. Turn right to go to the taller waterfalls or left to go to the smaller ones with good areas to go wading.
Nice spot. Not too much else to say. It had just rained heavily when we went so the river was raging and the falls were crashing down. But it not a high waterfall.Looks like a good place for a swim on a hot day.Food stalls abound. Not well developed for paths and signs as its mostly Thais that visit. Free to enter
