Bo Khlueng Hot Spring is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Moo 7, Ban Huai Phak, Thailand
Hot water at a temperature about 45 degrees Celcius. The fee is quite cheap:- 5 THB to enter. Free to soak your feet and legs.- 30 THB entry to natural rock pool- 50 THB entry to ceramic pool All of them are public. Shower, restroom, changing rooms available. Bring clothes/swimsuit to change. The proper way to bath in hot water is to slowly lower yourself down, sit for about 10-15 minutes, get out and rest, repeat. Be aware of medical conditions such as high blood pressure and heart diseases. Either than that, enjoy the warmth and have some nice conversations with other people in the pool!
Quite easy to drive and find. There are signs in English. Once you are there its 5 baht entrance fee to go into the area where the spring is. Everything is in Thai. There are basic corrugated huts at the back to get changed in. There is a fee to go into the hot spring. Don’t worry if you don’t know where to pay, a Thai lady will come after you! All very friendly though. Its 50 baht for adults and 30 baht for kids. Its a small hot spring and the water is lovely. Though when your so hot its not refreshing ha ha. The water is clean. We went mid week and there was only 4 other people in the water, i can imagine at weekends it could get busy. There are other tanks next to the hot spring where you can just put your feet in. Around the spring are hard concrete benches to sit on. My kids played in the water for about 90 mins. You can buy beer, soft drinks, water, crisps from a nearby stall. Its not spectacular to look at, but it was a very pleasant and cheap way to while away a couple of hours. Like the whole area of Suan Pheung i found the local people to be very friendly and helpful, i can speak a little Thai but if you don’t i’m sure they would work it all out. No dual pricing for foreigners or arguing that because your kids are tall they must pay adult prices. My skin felt lovely after a 30 min dip!
Water is very hot. Establishment might need some maintanece. The old ‘natural’ pool has been refurbished, but sadly to the become worst.
Do not expect to see geyser, but just few pools where people can bath and enjoy the warm spring coming out of the mountain.Buy tickets first. People do no speak english or very little. Ok for one hour.
The place is mostly for locals. The pricing system is strange, you have to pay separately for all 3 pools. Entrance is 5 baht just to go in and dip your feet in the small pools or have lunch or picnic. If you want to have a dip/swim, you pay for entrance, first pool is rocky open air 38 C degree pool, it costs 30 baht to swim there, 2nd pool is a tiled larger pool under a roof, it is 45C degrees, costs 50 baht for locals, 80 for foreigners. 3rd is a tiny cold water pool, not too attractive, costs 50 baht. We chose to swim in the rocky open pool because we had children and the water was lovely warm. Overall swim was enjoyable. We stayed about 2 hrs.
If you are in suan pheung you can visit just before checking in your resort! The entry fee is 5thb and then 50thb for foreigners to dip and swim in the rocky small pond! It’s warm water! You can also dip your legs for free in the smaller water ponds! Strictly ok and only to kill time before checking in! Children enjoy it! There is an open air meassueuse center… looked good!
Easy to find, we paid 80 B to go to the coveted hot pool. The lady at the entrance was very helpful in showing us exactly what we needed to do, where to change etc. Water was nice and warm, we spent around 30 mins there overall.
This was a nice relaxing experience, enjoying the natural hot springs. you certainly felt refreshed. The jungle surroundings also makes it a wonderful experience.
A small, natural hot stream that flows from the Tanaosri mountain range for approximately 150 meters and has hot water all year round. You can choose to relax in 2 types: outdoor and private. The temperature is around 40-50 degrees Celsius. In addition, there are natural paths for viewing upstream sources as well. Time: Monday-Friday 08: 00-17: 00 hrs. Saturday-Sunday 08: 00-18: 00 hrs. Website: Bo Khlueng Hot Stream Travel: Car Price: Entrance fee 5 baht, pond service fees divided by type With adults starting at 30 baht and children 10 baht
Do not believe the pictures!! This place is tired and neglected with farangs charged extra if swimming in the main pool. Really a waste of time visiting.
