Bungchawak Wildlife Management Development Center is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Pak Nam Subdistrict, Thailand
I loved the zoo. It had a complete feline and a complete bird department. I went during a weekday , it was quite. It was like nobody was there. All the animals were very calm and most of the felines were taking a nap like all cats would do. It doesn’t look as big as it is. There are many animals in the zoo. If you’d like to read more about my experience, you can read my blogpost about it on http://www.thailandforfarang.com/other-places/suphanburi/attractions/bungchawak-zoo .
If you come to Bungchawak both of Wildlife in the Zoo and different kind of fish in 3 buildings of Aquarium. Highlight of this place is feeding to big Sharks!
Nice park but another example of bureaucratic racism whereby foreigners are assumed to be ten times richer than Thais and pay ten times as much for exhibits of animals with little or no information in English.
Bung Chawak Wildlife Management Development Center is the most imaginative euphemism for a zoo that I have ever come across – and that is all this is – a zoo.If you want to see magnificent animals like tigers and lions pacing up and down behind the iron bars of their enclosures, this is the place for you.Otherwise, give it a bit miss.It is also a place that happily charges foreigners ten times the ticket price for foreigners than it does for locals – 20 baht v. 200 baht. Total discrimination.
Visit Bueng Chawak Chaloem Phrakiat There are many animal shows, very impressive. I like the shark show the most and I like the lion. Have a chance to go again.
