  1. very similar to other night markets in Bangkok. loud and busy with customers and sellers on the road. On the narrow road bikes and Tuk-tuks are keep coming and going. My son said it looked not clean but we had a few kinds of street food with cheap price. We went there at night but still hot and humid, cannot imagine how bad for day time.

  2. It’s a maze and you find something new all the time. We had to navigate through the market going to and from our hotel. It seemed better at night.

  3. Pratunam (Pra-tu-nam) market is the best market in Bangkok for cheap clothes and souvenirs. The day and night market are slightly different locations but a few mins walk from each other. You’ll find the best prices here from all over Thailand.Food options are available but more limited so if you are going mainly for food then choose another market.I rate this market over Chatuchak weekend market. Chatuchak is bigger but Pratunam is still huge. Grab yourself a bargain, don’t forget to haggle although the starting prices here are much better than elsewhere.Other markets to try are;Jodd fairs – for foodWang lang – for a local experience of a wet market (but be prepared for this one)And many others you’ll find along the way.

  4. If you are planning to visit Bangkok, be sure to check out Pratunam, a popular shopping area known for its affordable prices. You can find a wide variety of clothing options at unbeatable prices, making it a must-visit for shopaholics. My friends and I always have a great time shopping here, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly shopping experience.

  5. This market will albeit be it extensive can be very overwhelming for visitors. It occupies a large outdoor space and has a host of clothing stores in particular on offer. There are also some food options with limited choices and limited seating in comparison to other markets.

  6. One of the best sites in Bangkok to buy practical clothes at cheap prices. I used to visit this market every time I visited Bangkok. This market is close to Platinum Mall

  7. A lot of clothes. You should have all day to shop. Don’t expect to be here for just 1 or 2 hours. It can be quite hot so a hand fan will help. Of course, there were lots of people and cars. You shouldn’t wear sandals. If you’re hungry, you can find a restaurant on the side of the road to eat. The taste isn’t bad, but some things are a bit pricey.

  8. It was a Saturday night and we were on a trip of Night market hopping, having just visited Jodd Fairs and One Ratchada. It is actually just behind the main street of Ratachadamri, and opposite where we stayed at Centara Pavilion Hotel for this trip. Made up of a few liner rows of stalls it extended infront of the Baiyoke Towers and meandering itself along the shop houses with tiny stalls flowing over to the sidewalksUnfortunately it has been drizzling on-off so kill-off the vibes & vibrancy of the night market… but definitely still offers a nice night market atmosphere and has an exciting range of offerings and a unique array of local delicacies. the market is great for trying some authentic Thai food such as Tom Yum Goong (Thai Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp), simple Thai boat noodle or even Thai-style charcoal-grilled chicken skewers. The night market also has the advantage of being near to Pratunam Fashion centre so this popular marketplace has all kinds of fashion essentials, beside the shorts, T-shirts, formal evening dresses, there’s range from trendy clothes to shoes, bags, and footwear. Recommended to drop by. It was just a short 30 mins visit for us as the drizzle seems getting wetter, so did not manage to explore more deeper into the merchandise. Compared to Ratchada night bazaar and Jodd fairs this one pares in terms of crowd and food stall and definitely looks cater to the local than visitors..

  9. Quite the experience. Many many stalls with lots of amazing products at very reasonable prices. But Macy’s it ain’t! Be prepared for lively and lovely people working very hard to make a sale
