  1. and therefore not easy to get to. Advantage: not many people; disadvantage: high entrance fee for foreigners, bad (dirt-) road (although interesting), not much of a waterfall.

  2. Not so much the destination. The road to the waterfall is amazing. If you are lucky (like I was) you may be able to interact with the wild gibbons who inhabit the jungle on the way. They actually came down from the trees and jumped onto my motorcycle when I got off. A mother gibbon and her baby were so approachable that actually she held my hand! The waterfall is not so big nor is it impressive but the journey getting there was epic for me. Also, the entrance fee of 200 baht is over the top but the guard may be convinced to lower the price.

  3. The trip was fun and we got to enjoy the view and nature but once we got to the waterfall, we realized that was just it. You are only allowed to take pics of the waterfall and that was it. But we made the most of it, took and what we can take.

  4. Impressive waterfall during the rainy season, but difficult to reach near the fall, very slippery and uneven steps, overgrown bushes. Be careful. Worth the trip if you are in the area.

  5. We enjoyed the drive along a crazy bumpy road until we decided to stop at a neat old suspension bridge. Some gibbons came up to us, which was cute and exciting before one jumped on my head and started attacking me. We had to pick up a stick and beat it away- not before it bit through my shirt. They continued to follow us menacingly – we couldn’t turn our backs, When I went to the hospital to get a rabies vaccine they asked “was it a black one? Yeah, a couple people have had trouble with him”Anyhow, waterfall was okay. Stay away from the monkeys and carry a big stick.

  6. The price is 400 baht, very silly to make it so expensive for a remote waterfall. I don’t think they can justify that price. Locals it only 20 baht

  7. Went on 12/11/2023. The waterfall was still cloudy and tea colored. There was quite a lot of water. The place where you can swim is a stream, which has clearer water than a waterfall.
