เป็นสถานที่ปฏิบัติธรรม ที่มีถ้ำอยู่ภายในวัด ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ๆกับเขตป่าดงนาทาม ในเขตอำเภอโขงเจียม ครับในบริเวณวัดถ้ำปาฎิหาริย์ เป็นลานหินกว้างบนยอดเขา มีเจดีย์สีทององค์ใหญ่มองเห็นแต่ไกล องค์พระปฏิมาสีทองอร่าม ตั้งอยู่กลางป่าที่ห้อมล้อมด้วยต้นไม้น้อยใหญ่โดยรอบ เข้ามาถึงวัดนี้แล้วก็ต้องลงไปไหว้พระในถ้ำ ที่บริเวณปากถ้ำมีต้นไทรใหญ่ขึ้นปกคลุม โดยจะมีบันไดพญานาคทางเดินลงสู่โถงถ้ำอันมืดมิด แต่ มีระบบปั่นไฟฟ้าที่เค้าจะเปิดปิดเป็นเวลาครับ สามารถเข้าไปเที่ยวชมและกราบองค์พระภายในได้ ไม่เกินเวลา 16.00น. ครับส่วนบริเวณที่เป็นหางของพญานาค เป็นโพลงน้ำขนาดใหญ่ ได้ยินเสียงคลื่นน้ำเป็นระลอกแต่มืดมากจนมองไม่เห็นอะไรเค้าเล่ากันว่า เป็น”ตาน้ำศักดิ์สิทธิ์” มีตำนานเก่าแก่ล่ำลือกันมาช้านานว่าถ้ำปาฏิหาริย์ที่ในวัดนี้จะมี เส้นทางลี้ลับที่เชื่อมต่อจากเมืองมนุษย์สู่เมืองบาดาลผ่านทางประตูวังพญานาค โดยเป็นทางเดินลอดใต้แม่น้ำโขงข้ามไปฝั่งประเทศลาวได้ ครับ การเดินทางมาวัดแห่งนี้ถนนทางเข้าเป็นหินขรุขระขนาดใหญ่ไม่แนะนำให้นำรถใหญ่เข้ามาครับหรือรถที่โหลดเตี้ยเข้ามาเพราะด้านล่างจะขูดกับหินตลอดเส้นทางทำให้รถอาจเสียหายรุนแรงได้ครับ และอย่าเข้ามาช่วยเย็นจัดเพราะถ้ำจะปิดครับ
