A must see if you are visiting Tak. Beautifully designed and very well kept.Spent quite a bit of time looking at everything and even our young son was thrilled to have the chance to see this wonderful shrine of King Taksin the Great
King Taksin, who reigned between the Ayutthaya kingdom and the Chakri dynasty, is being worshipped here. He must have been at war most of his reign. And he must have loved horses. This shrine by a main road is surrounded by a little park with lots of things to see. Nice that they tell the names of the trees (in Latin).Strange thing – Chinese as I was told – people offer pig heads, leave them in the sun for a while, afterwards take them home to eat it.
Shrine Temple in the city. It has some historical significance. We were traveling through and a quick stop with noodle lunch across the street.
Just a very amazing shrine with beautiful grounds and statue s the horses in the front are awesome .The parklike setting is very nice to walk around as well . The shrine it self is amazing I didn’t know much of the history when I went but read up on him later . Very amazing guy
I like this place. It was clean and nice, very green. People showed a good respect by keeping things in order and pretty quiet.Good to walk around, enjoy 10-30 mins there in the park.
