Doi Pha Mon Agricultural Center is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Tambon Tubtao, Amphor Toeng, Thailand
If you are visiting the Phu Chi Fa Forest Park you can make a quick visit to this agricultural center which is only 10 kilometers from the village center of Phu Chi Fa. The gardens are well maintained, the local staff grow Thai winter vegetables, flowers, wheat and many fruit trees. This center is mostly known for its wide variety of winter flowers such as tulips. The gardens grow along a steep hill but there is small road which we were able to drive to access the lower sections of the park. The center of the park has a small covered “arena” where the winter flowers are displayed. The staff was very pleasant and informed us where to go within the park. This is not a big place but still worth a visit. The views along the road leading to the center and at the center are amazing, take your time, it is a small road and there are many view points along the way to enjoy the natural scenery over the mountains and plains.
