During our vacation at Patong’s Big Con 07 Feb 20 , a BIG ( Sorry No C ) Female Cashier Overcharged our Purchases . When we approached her for verification , she Shouted RUDELY at us and we decided on a Full Refund instead .When we approached Another HEFTY Female Staff at the Customer Service Counter , She Rudely put on an Unwilling Countenance and made us wait 20 minutes for her Supervisor’s arrival and apporoval .On a seperate ocassion when we requested to have a durian opened and packed , we were directed to another 2 stations , only to be told thatthey do not provide such service .Such Abominable Customer Service IS Utterly Unacceptable Anywhere ,Least Of All from ” the Land of Smiles ” . ?So , Please , Give Big C A MISS , Unless Rude Service IS YOURCUP OF TEA . ???
