A must visit if youré in Danok, don’t miss this fantastic place. The pictures earlier show lord ganesh in purple outfit but now its blue,so we were a bit confused if it was the right temple. Its just opposite Vouk reosrt and nearby MBI resort hotel. We spent about 30mins here, just taking pics and admiring the lovely temple. Its really one of a kind.
Huge Ganesha Idol. One of the main attractive place at Danok. It’s just opposite of the Vouk Hotel. Guess they re-paint the idol as its look brand new
If you find yourself in Dannok-Sadao make it a point to go there. The huge Ganesh (recently repaint in glowing yellow) is an impressive sight. With it’s vibrant colors and plentiful statues it gives you great possibility to get inside into a religion you are maybe not familiar with.
The huge statue is worth some photos. There is a multi-headed Buddha shrine besides it and to another side, there is an instagrammable park labeled on Google maps as Rainbow Ladder. This area is also open at night and is highly recommended.
