  1. A recommended spot if you desire more than beautiful beach scenes and warm sea. Talk along a bottle of water.

  2. Drove up as far as the Canopy Adventures drop off and hiked up to the waterfall. No water flowing though, so all in all it was just a steep hot walk to some rocks in the jungle!

  3. Drove up most the way and it was free to get into. Nobody was there so had the place to ourselves. Rock pools are too shallow to swim I but sitting in the waterfall is nice. There seemed to be a number if different falls but we stuck to just one.

  4. This is a solid walk/hike from Maenam Beach with lots of elevation gain. Plan about 2.5 to 3 hours round trip. You can also get most of the way there by car or scooter. There’s a great rope suspension bridge leading to a coffee cafe, some great views, and the waterfall. The waterfall itself isn’t spectacular but it’s in a shady jungle area and is a nice change from the beach. The views to the north show the Gulf of Thailand and you can appreciate how far you’ve come if you walk it. You need to be at least semi-fit and bring water.

  5. It is quite a high but narrow waterfall, without any visible possibility to swim in a basin. Not very much to see and do, but nice for a small trip. Nearby is a tree-top cafe where you can sit on a terrace in the trees and enjoy mountain views.

  6. The waterfall is a small hike away but not an easy path. So make sure you have good shoes. What I really liked was the treetop cafe. That had some very nice views. If you have your own motorbike this is a good little trip. But make sure you’re a semi experienced driver as it’s easy to overheat breaks going down if you’re on a scooter. I strongly recommend having a manual gearbox.

  7. We had our own car and so drove to this waterfall but ended up parking at the final intersection and walking. The final road was really steep and we weren’t sure if we would get out. Coming back down the mountain was a bit hairy too as there are some steep sections so make sure you have good brakes. Walking the final part was a good idea but a solid walk back to the car up the very steep.Once we were there it was a short walk to the falls. There were 2 sections we accessed and you could walk through the water and stand under the falls. Not really anywhere big enough to swim but you could cool down. There had been recent rain so the water was running well and made it worthwhile.

  8. Well maintained hiking trails to this lovely waterfall, both a low & high route, easy to follow. The access road is quite steep at times. We took our car but most visitors use a scooter. We really enjoyed our hiking time & enjoyed some drinks afterwards at the Tree House. A couple used the Zip Line while we were there & appeared to have fun. Nice spot overall.

  9. The waterfall itself is not the best I have seen, but even during dry season, a decent flow of water…The last couple of hundred meters are actually really steep, so would not recommend driving there on a scooter during or right after heavy downpour.Nice views, a little café, easy trails.
