  1. The park is free of charge and still not visited by many tourists. Probably because Trang itself is not a tourist spot. This however gives this park its charm. It’s basically a walk though the rainforest. Thereby part of the way is on solid ground, part is high up in the mountains (canopy walk), and part is 20cm above the swamp. If you like nature, it’s certainly worth a visit.

  2. It is not very far from Trang City Center. The garden is really beautiful. It is a good place to spend a day at.

  3. A very nice botanical garden with a great canopy walk. There is a ~3 k nature walk with part of it elevated so you can walk above the jungle. Very green and lush and worth the stop and walk. They have good signage in English explaining the different plants and levels of the jungle canopy.

  4. My partner and I ventured through here on a recent visit to Trang and what a wonderful experience. The Tree Top Walk is a wonderful inclusion.

  5. Nice activity away from mass tourism. It shows you the forest from several angles (bottom, mid and top view). The shadow made by the thick canopy layer is very enjoyable even at the hottest hours of the day. You learn a few things about the forest layers, the different functions of roots but surely a guided tour would have been even better. The solid looking metallic structure is old, rusty and creepy noisy, it makes the walk in jungle somehow authentically adventurous. As the track is 3km long and there is not a lot of people, you feel like being alone, disconnected from the crazy civilization. Very enjoyable and restful.

  6. Loving the nature and nice environment. Mosquitoes are very friendly, so make sure you have your mosquito repellent. Free entrance!

  7. Great gardens with good info about plants etc, but the canopy walk is very poorly maintained to the point of being dangerous when we were there. Large sections actually missing from the towers to the suspension bridges with just a plank to walk on.

  8. We got there with an hour until close and managed to do the entire 3 km walk no problem. It’s easy and well marked until you finish the canopy walk, then once you leave the bridges it is kind of off putting but exciting.A thin (not well marked) trail awaits at the end that then eventually leads back to a concert path way weaving through a marsh area. It’s a great way to kill an hour or so in the afternoon AND it was free!

  9. Perfect way to spend 1 or 2 hours. Canopy walkway was great with multiple levels going very high into the tree canopy. Very peaceful quiet jungle experience. And it’s free!! . It’s more of a jungle walk than a manicured botanical garden.
