Cannot recommend this experience enough! Getting my Open Water Certification was harder than I thought it would be but both J, the person who set up my schedule and Johan, the instructor, truly made me feel comfortable and safe even when environments or lessons were frustrating. I would recommend to anyone wanting to meet an amazing and friendly community while traveling and you’ll see so many absolutely humbling sites. We saw an incredible octopus on our first dive as well as turtles, massive eels and cuttlefish amongst so many others! If you have any interest in doing this, go with this company-they are the best. I would recommend them to anyone/everyone who wants to dive in Phuket.
Really enjoyed our dive to the Racha Islands.J in the office was great! He provided us with plenty of information about the trip when we popped in.Our dive leader Brem was also fantastic. He catered to our dive experience and made sure we both got the most out of our dives.The dive boat was lovely, spacious, breakfast, lunch and plenty of snacks provided during the day. The staff onboard were very helpful.
I had an unforgettable experience diving with Scuba Deep Dive Center in Phuket! J and Namfon made everything easy and welcoming, while my instructor, Rishab, was very knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly attentive to safety, which made me feel comfortable and fully immersed in my rescue course. Was in Phuket last month, and decided to introduce my two sons to the magic of scuba diving. I usually stay at Chalong whenever I dive at Phuket, but since this was a family gig, we were put up at Patong. Saw quite a few excellent DSD reviews of Scubadeep, and decided to go with them. Could not have been more happy with my choice ? ?. Right from the time I called them multiple times to ask about the weather conditions, to organising the dive perfectly, J and Namfon were Rockstars. They even helped me book a nice hotel close to the dive shop. Was a tad apprehensive since it was a DSD for my two kids (14 & 16), but the instructor Brem (Also a wildly talented guy) put them at ease from the moment they were on the boat, and made sure their 3 dives went off without a hitch.So so recommend these guys for all those looking for a professional but chilled out dive experience, esp if its a DSD with kids. Thanks a ton Scubadeep!!PS: extra brownie points to J when I found out he owns a mean Classic Royal Enfield. Respect Brother!! ?
I’ve never went diving before coming to Phuket and my friend recommended me to give it a chance with Scubadeep. And what can I say? What a life changing experience, since the beginning J, from the office, was super open to assess my needs and to give me the best diving experience. After the discovery day with Rishab as the instructor, I knew I would love to be a certified open water diver, and so I did with the best instructor I could have.
Just wanted to say thank you to the scubadeep team for an amazing few dives. Special thanks to Namfon and J for helping me out with the bookings and answering all my questions promptly and at anytime, and special thanks Yuan for being a great dive master, taking us around each dive safely, explain all we needed to know about the marine life and diving as well as taking photos and videos of us. The boat was probably the best dive boat I’ve ever been on too. Would highly recommend and definitely would love to come back.
Brilliant training and great fun. Many thanks to J for booking our dive training and to Brem for training us to become open water divers. I organised our training day and open water days. Excellent communication with all information provided. Genuinely helpful. Brem’s training was superb. Felt very safe at all times. Excellent thorough dive training in a pool then 2 days on a boat. Looked after at all times and really enjoyed the experience

Best experience of life till date hands down. Very good service and information by J. Our instructor Maa was amazing. Very friendly and a good sport. Beautiful views and insane photos clicked. The only setback was vegetarian food otherwise 10/10! Must do!!!
