Everything was great and oerfect for me. Only regret was not to book early as they had guests after me, and thus, could only do a 60 mins session. Ann, the masseur was great!
The Gym at The Grand Spa is more than adequate for a hotel gym experience. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, and a great room to stretch and catch a bar workout. The spa experience was indulgent to say the least. A very relaxing experience, a total mind and body detoxification. Great value for a complete escape
One of the better-equipped hotel gyms I’ve been in (and I travel a lot), in terms of free weights and machines. Good range of dumbbells, two barbells (soft mat but no platform so no maxing out!) plus z-bars, hack squat, smith machine, amongst normal (and actually ergonomic) machines. Ample studio space with swiss balls, bosu balls, rollers. I’ve used the gym at lunch time and 6-7am and it was not very busy at all. Added bonus is that the bar in the gym serves post-exercise smoothies, juices and protein shakes.
The massage itself was a rejuvenating exp. The waitroom is peaceful and I was served iced tea before the massage. Private massage room has shower stall and a sink. They provide disposable underwear to change into for the massage. The room and massage bed was at a comfortably warm temperature and the masseuse provided very professional service. Pressure was awesome and although she was not fluent in English, she understood where to massage harder and when to ease up. I docked stars for the spa facilities because although they were spacious it was really dated. Towels appear old and slightly frayed, and toiletry products are basic drugstore brands. The lemongrass body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are decent. But the rest of the amenities fell short of my expectations for a hotel spa. Old hair dryers, flat irons, cotton squares, cheap q-tips, J&J baby powder, body lotion, L’Oréal mousse and hairspray were provided.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well equipped hotel gym – plenty of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. Nice selection of group fitness classes too that they hold in the studio room. The premier membership is well worth it.The spa is an amazing experience. Extremely relaxing. The staff go to great lengths to ensure that you have a very indulgent spa experience.The only thing I wish they would improve upon is to add a dedicated area for weightlifting that includes a squat rack in the fitness center. Doing workouts with a barbell is tricky without one.
After a long flight I decided to get a relaxing massage. To prepare for treatment I enjoyed the sauna, steam sauna and whirpool section first getting my muscles warm. A very clean and enjoyable setting, if not the latest and greatest. Serves as the gym locker room as well. Gym, by the way, is quite well equipped. After sauna the real heavenly experience started. Spa personnel were at sauna lobby to meet and escorted me upstairs. I was immediately made very welcome with lovely smiles and offered drinks before taken to a room. I also got to choose the oils to be used. Nice relaxing music, dimm lights, room temperature adjusted exactly the way I wanted and a great 90 min Swedish massage expertly done. I dozed off into a state of euphoria within minutes while getting pampered. Honestly I could have easily spent another 90 mins in, enjoyed it so much. A cup of hot tea to finish the experience and I was newborn. Thanks, will come back for sure. Thai hospitality at Sheraton is second to none.
Dropped in to have a cool 1 hour run on mill and maybe cycling. They had no drop in, only option was paying for one day- 800 baht!!! Bad english, bad service!!!
Nice facilities and good staff. Make sure to be early before the spa time so that you can enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. The spa receptionist was friendly. The staff at the ladies’ room was so enthusiastically helpful and polite. The therapist was calm, polite, and good at what she did. Impressive!
The staycation at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit was such a nice retreat. Great service from start to the end, esp. masseuse Gip and reception team who were attentive in every detail. Pamper yourself with spa here will recharge your battery as much as tasting delicious food from all the outlets of the hotel.
