It was one of the best massages that I have had. Felt very comfortable, particularly after reading the no sex sign on the window. Very professional and they aim to please. My friend and I had a pedicure although it was not on their list yet. A definite must for Bangkok.
Best massage in Bangkok! Nice relaxing environment and no sex policy which is great, here you come for massage, nothing else!Staff is good and professional and the foot massage was heavenly. It was quite busy in the evening but all clients were handled professionally so although it was quite busy it was not disturbing at all.Highly recommend – just go there!
The massage itself is excellent. Never mind it doesn’t have super ambience and that much privacy. In and out and you’ll feel great after. Worth exactly what you pay for – which is slightly more than your walk-in around the corner. Clean.
Bangkok is full of massage places and Lemongrass is one amongst many. Good thing is that they advertise NO SEX on the board assuring that it is a clean place.It has two sections -one on ground floor and small room on first floor. Basic foot massage etc. are good but there are lots of people coming in and out so you are never able to relax.The room above is small and they have tried to fit in many beds , it feels kind of claustrophobic.The oil massages are particularly not so good. Nearby Health land is a much better option if you want to have a great relaxing massage.

I decided to try out this place after having read all of the glowing reviews about the place. I came here during my last visit to Bangkok (December 2017). It was early afternoon, weekday when I came, and so the place was quiet I think there was only another customer at the time. Surprisingly, I missed the place as I walked down the street the first time… I had to turn around and walked back to the top of the road before I found the place. I think it’s quite a low profile establishment… The massage was definitely great & worth the money. I paid 500 Bahts for a 90-min traditional Thai massage, not including tip. The air condition was just perfect for me: Not too cold but you can definitely feel the cool air. The location is near the infamous Soi Cowboy (the red light district) area and there are a lot of seedy massage places in the area, pretending to be genuine Thai massage places… So be careful if you go there looking for a genuine Thai massage place in the area.The 500 Bahts for 90 minutes is actually more expensive than another place I went to the previous day (500 bahts for 2 hours) but the massage quality definitely warrants the extra cost.Next time I’m in Bangkok I will be sure to come here again.

Walked in at 7:15 pm and didn’t see any manager…just the massage ladies at the front who told me and my wife to come back in an hour. So we went next door to a nice cafe and waited. I tried calling to make a reservation but no one picked up. After 30 minutes I went back next door to double check and see how much longer and the massage lady again told me to come back in 45 minutes! I asked if I needed to make a booking and she said just come back in 45 minutes. Here I’m thinking…you didn’t ask for my name or anything and you’re telling me to come back just to check to see if there’s availability? I went back to the cafe and decided I should try calling and book just to make sure. This time a lady picked up the phone and said 8 pm. I told her my name and for 2 people body massage. At 8:05 pm, we went back to the massage place and lo and behold the place was still packed. And guess what the massage lady said? “Come back in 45 minutes.” What a terrible experience and complete waste of time. Sure…they may give good massages (which I’ll never know now because I found another good one nearby and will never come back here again) but make sure you get an appointment that they will honor!
I’ve had my fair share of massages in local places similar to Lemongrass but they far outweigh any predecessors! Very professional from entry through the door until you leave. Nice and quiet which can often be difficult to find in itself. I actually went back 2 days in a row (which is something I don’t normally do). 1st time I did the 90 minute body exfoliation followed by a oil body massage. I kissed my dry skin goodbye. Tonight I did the 90 minute foot massage / back & shoulder massage. It was heaven. I’ve floated out the door. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend. Thank you so much.
Very professional staff, I was a bit nervous about getting a massage in Bangkok for obvious reasons but couldn’t have been made to feel anymore relaxed. They are obviously very conscious that everyone enjoys their time so insist on it being very quiet, me and my friend got wrong for talking!! Best massage I had in SE Asia.
