  1. My yoga teacher in France recommended this course.I went everyday day while I was in bangkok.Great and friendly team. The teachers are great, paying attention to each student and correcting them.Nice small boutique as well.Indeed, the price for such quality is amazing.I will encourage anyone to go.

  2. Was just passing through Bangkok and we were looking for a good yoga studio and found this gem. The staff was so nice and the studio was beautiful. Showers and nice lockers. We took a yin class and it was one of the best practices I’ve had. Definitely try a class here if you can!

  3. I do Yoga occasionally to balance out my running & weight training. Since I was in Bangkok on vacation I figured it may be fun to try Yoga “Bangkok Style.” Have only ever tried Bikram & Moksha Yoga and I do not know what style Elements Studio teaches. The class I attended was taught by Dee and she instructed the whole class in English. Not sure why because there were only 2 farang in the class. Excellent English … Dee could give Bangkok tours. It was a very enjoyable class because we did a variety of stretches in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed this style of Yoga much more than the repetitive Bikram style. The really neat thing I liked about Dee’s Yoga session was that near the end of the session Dee taught us the headstand. Have tried it before but Dee really took her time and taught us step by step. It was fun. Sanuk. As an added bonus the studio is on the 7th floor and has floor to ceiling windows which provide a good view of the neighborhood.Namaste

  4. The 12 class course not include mat: cheap. Also the air-con is always turn off so it I almost bikram course. Sweating like crazy. One time before class I turn air-con on, when teacher came inside turn it off. May be they try to save money, but the price is not cheap for Bangkok standard so they should be able to pay the bill from air-conAlso some teachers are great ( just, kavee, dodo) but some very bad…

  5. ” The Best Yoga Studio in Bangkok ” Located downtown in Bangkok and It is a great place to practice yoga.

  6. actually my 2nd time to this studio, located on 7th level of a building close to Softiel and Terminal 21. the last round was almost 1-2 years back.1 time class was 600 thb, come with mat and towel. clearly not the cheapest in bkk, but if you sign up for more classes, it’s cheaper..the last round the studio was facing the BTS Line, so had a nice view. this round it was another room closer to locker room, so it didn’t have much of a view.the instructor Apple spoke really good English, and the pace was ok, after all it’s the Elements basic class lol. And can say she taught us and guided me some groovy moves and to relax more esp my neck, shoulder, etc which I’m still learning lol

  7. I like this center, as they are doing early morning class, as teachers are good. Convenient location, nice studio. Floor a little bit hard, mats (free) low quality

  8. A beautiful, clean and modern studio with stunning views of the city! Lockers and showers are great and towel and mat are provided. I was worried the “Flow” class would be too easy as the website said it was for those who had been practising for at least three months but it absolutely wasn’t. I’ve been practising for over four years and it was challenging. A nourishing, energising class with a great teacher. Highly recommend!

  9. I went to this studio three times during my four days in Bangkok – I loved it that much! I went to two “Elements” classes (even though I’m not a beginner) and one “Flow” class. The Flow class pretty intense, definitely for Intermediate to Advanced students. I have practiced for more than 10 years in the States, but was introduced to many new poses. I loved it!The Elements classes were both great and both very different. One class was just like the Flow class, but slower with poses broken down more. The second Elements class was like a yoga workshop. We really broke down Cobra pose and even adjusted the person next to us. The studio is clean, friendly and the views of the city are beautiful. Sunset classes offer the best views (since the curtains stay open when it’s not as hot).

  10. The overall operation is different. Teachers left. Tried some classes but completely different. More Thai style, even spoke thai through the session. No explanation for challenging postures. Cost much higher in the market.
