Ok. I know the ambience of the reception is not what you expect from a spa as some people pointed out. It’s also weird that I was led to a changing room to get changed before going into the spa room. But the massage was really good. The deep tissue was exactly what it should be. Strong pressure to relieve my muscle ache. Not sure if I just got lucky with one therapist. I hope the standard is consistent but won’t know until I come back again which I will.
Having a 45 minutes of neck and shoulder massage. It was nice and comfy. The ambience is good. The music is also good. The chair is so comfy. Love it.

Thumbs down if you plan to go after 830pm.I have 2 good experience with Cenvaree in Centara Mirage Pattaya and with their Ayurvedic/ Shirodyanga prpgeam, their tried the same with their Bangkok branch. But Unfortunately this is not turning out right as wish.First upon arrival at 840pm, the spa had an odd arrangement of putting customer at lift lobby where the combat class is next door shouting out load with crazy load music for next 10minutes. There were 2 other men were waiting for their ladies and took the seat at 2 side closer to the table. So we have seated far from table. Then tea lady wouldn’t care and placed the tea and refreshment towel at table that is not reachable; reception just rushing to get you in and tried to bring you in at the minute you paid, they wouldn’t care you don’t even refresh. As soon as I entered the spa indeed had all empty seats right inside the spa seating area. This tells me they just care about their convenience not your comfortless, at all.I was leaded to changing room, the masseur looked shocked when I asked for a quick shower. Isn’t this just common sense that no one would want nice oil all over a dirty head and body? Even my Thb300 thai massage will wash out feet before. I was out in 5 mins and headed to the room. I must say the room had a stunning night view. But poorly, the oil is close to cold not even lukewarm, and the masseur keep swinging the dispenser like a ticking clock, nothing is relaxing. I have asked for much hotter oil…not helping much as it is preheated in a bottle, no chance to get any hotter at the time.The masseur’s massage skill is alright, not fantastic nor bad. But I can feel her pain for massage just the head for 1 hour and somewhat slips some of the touch. The program supposed to include some neck and shoulder where my other friend does get but not for me. We were out from room at 2250 and seated with refreshments fruit and tea at 2255, the anxious reception asked us to leave at 2300, Wow. If the shop must close sharp at 2300 then managee shouldn’t arrange any treatment to end after 2245. To shove your customer away from refreshment hardly 5 minutes is unacceptable and such a terrible act. I am not satisfied with my THB3000 program, mostly service and with the lukewarm oil. I went for the Salt Pot massage: 1.5 hours treatment. I asked more work to be done on my back and shoulders. It was so worth it and so relaxing! I had very limited time for a massage – would have done more procedures at the spa if I could. I had to rush to the plane right after the massage. I slept very well on my flight back – i never can sleep on the planes. The price was reasonable – based on where I live. The quality of massage and surroundings were very nice and relaxing. Make sure to make your reservation early – this place has limited availability at night. they have discounts if you book online and also if you book within 24 hours of arrival. I did not avail of these but if your schedule allows. I highly recommend scheduling massage there.
Pre booked the Thai Body Balance spa treatment before arriving at the Centara Grand Hotel Bangkok. It was easy to do and very efficient from the Cenvaree Spa staff.Unfortunately they only have one Vichy Shower as my wife and I wanted the same treatment so my wife sacrificed her shower for me. However her Thai Herbal Tea Bath was equally pleasurable . Anyway the treatment was top-notch. The facilities were nice, well spaced apart and I would say one of the best Aromatherapy Massages I have had with just the right amount of pressure. Overall would highly recommend this Spa facility. Book a session via Klook. Friendly staff greeted us with simple tea and towel before the massage.Our masseurs are skilful and attentive to our request. After the massage we felt so refreshed! In fact, i slept very well the very night. Khob khun ka!?Do arrive earlier as the lift to go up to the spa can be quite busy.
I have been tried so many spa but here I have to say that is the best one but there is only one thing and it a big problem which is the service mind of staff and the way that the staff serve the customer, it is not professional as it should be. I really enjoyed the massage, the technique that they use it so unique and pure relaxation. Looking forward to come back but their is only one problem the therapist didn’t introduce herself.

Best spa experience! Spa was spacious and the atmosphere was soothing and relaxing! It was very clean and the massage was excellent! Thinking of booking another session with them before I leave BKK! Highly recommended!
