As soon as I walked into the shop I realize that they have excellent fabric and they really knew their stuff. I wasn’t even looking for custom fitted clothing and I decided to buy 12 shirts and six ties. The quality is excellent and they know how to make sure it’s custom in fitted perfect for your body. This store is a bunch of thieves. I ordered 2 suits and 3 shirts from them. They messed up the tailoring of all of the clothes and were very unprofessional. They repeatedly lied about the amount of time it would take to complete the work. After I paid half of what everything would cost ($250 USD). My flight was leaving that day, so they told me they would send me the clothes once everything was fixed. They then blocked my number and stopped responding to my messages and calls. They never sent me my clothes. They are lying thieves. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Went in to maybe get a suit made but was so impressed with the service from Ray that ended up getting 2 great suits, 3 shirts and 3 ties all made to fit perfectly and finished in 1 day!

I have the privilege to walk into Victoria Tailor one afternoon to use their service to tailor 3 shirts and 3 trousers. The staff members, especially, Mr John is professional in offering advice on the types of materials used for my outfits which are suitable for warm climate.
