  1. The day after my grandson’s wedding to a local lass from Hat Yai, January 2012, the young bride hired a mini-bus and drove the wedding party to the Ton Nga Chang Wildlife Sanctuary some 25 kilometres from town. The main attraction of this park is the seven tier waterfall. We,the oldies, stayed firm at the lowest level while the young ones braved the climb to the third level. We all had great fun swimming in the cool calm waters of the pool at the first level, surrounded by the jungle appearance of the national park. ( A bit like the Tarzan films of old)The children of the group enjoyed feeding the schools of large fish in the river at the tail of the falls. The park has a beautiful picnic area where, on the return of the adventures, we had a wonderful meal of local fruits and sweets and, would you believe, tasty spicy local KFC, purchased in Hat Yai before we left for the falls. There were many happy family groups picnicking. It was a lovely feeling to be among them and to be so welcomed. A wonderful day’s outing!

  2. As a foreigner the ticket is a little bit expensive which is 200bath for adult a hundred for children. Is suitable for a family and a group of friends. Wil get fun if like to play water but beware is have to walk in jungle, n inside water is a lot of rock…is many fish in the first level of water floor n they sell fish biscuit n feed there. For big group can gt ready some foods n pinic there but foods is allow to bring but cn get buy there as well,,,but is not allow to bring up to second level of the water fall..is seven level water fall there…we just went for two level…will be there for another level is someday

  3. Try to go level 3 and 4 is amazing i ask to go level 7 to last but must be to tell the army cuz level 7 inside jangle and near Malaysia and have tiger and a lot of dangerous animals.

  4. We took 4wd from hat yai with 1100bht. However at the entrance, the fee is 200bht for foreigner. The scenery is beautiful. My daughter love feeding the fish. We ate from the food hawker available there. Its a good day trip. I truly suggest for everyone who love nature.

  5. With beautiful nature, fresh air.Is a summer tourist destination.Is a weekend getaway.Is a favorite place for children.Has a delicious restaurant.

  6. These waterfalls consist of no less than 17 sections circllng almost around the small mountain. Most people only walk a moderate climb on an easy path to waterfall one or two. The locals use them for swimming or feeding the very abundant fish. We climbed a steep climb to waterfall 3 and 4, sometimes on all fours, up to 300 meters above sea level. That is only for people that are very fit. But the sights are rewarding.

  7. Beautiful waterfalls and wading in a stream packed with fish. A good place to chill not far from Hatyai .Entrance fees required… a big difference in price between locals and foreigners.

  8. Fabulous morning, walked or rather hiked to level 5. Gets steep after level 3, only stopped at level 5 due to the amount of Leeches biting us.

  9. Was there on the 2nd Jun 2023. A friend of mine didn’t want to pay the 200 baht entrance fee to get in. What a waste. A very beautiful and well maintain natural beauty. There’s 7 level off fall but being to level 2 is good enough. Big schools of Mahseer Barb. About 25 km from Hatyai airport and the road leading to the sanctuary is excellent with very little traffic. Just before the entrance there’s a cafe by the river where one can have a meal or just rest after the hike. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again and again.
